5/13/2013 Before and After! This is my friend before, all fluffy and brown woolly, and here is my friend after, a smaller, less fluffy version of her former self.
5/10/2013 Resting in the late afternoonJust a little resting! Taking a load off after a busy day of eating grass, again! I watched Jason drive past the pen many times in the backhoe with tree stumps and logs. I think he is clearing land for more grape vines!
5/9/2013 Snuggle SheepWe are snuggle sheep! My head is just the right height for resting on the backs of my friends! We spent a lot of time today resting in our barn because of all the rain. It's ok though, because we also spent a number of hours watching the grass grow! It looks so yummy!
5/8/2013 Rain, rain, rainHi! Today it rained most of the afternoon and evening! It was glorious!
The farm is starting to look lush and green. The grape vines leaves are coming in, seeds are sprouting and plants are growing! Farmer Jason spent the afternoon planting the greenhouse with tomato plants. We spent the day clipping grass in our pen, looking longingly at the taller grass on the other side of the fence! 5/6/2013 A New Pen!Our Farmer Jason put up a new temporary pen for us today! I thought it was so we could run around and frolic more freely, but now I am beginning to understand that we are here to eat the grass. Spring has finally arrived and the knolls here at the farm are becoming green with grass. Lots of grass. It's going to be a great summer! It's just "me" signing off. More tomorrow!
5/5/2013 Well, we've arrived!Hi! Well we've arrived, we are home! I've heard our farmers call this place The Grassy Knoll Farm, but I'm not sure where it is yet. We spent a long time in the back of Farmer J's jeep getting to our new home, and now we are trying to settle in. The farmer that is called Teresa wears this weird back pack thing filled with a little Farmer who wears bright pretty clothes and that is sometimes quite loud.
